That’s a lot of chips! Was a project exploring how consumerism and lifestyle branding has taken over everyday life. Using Pen and ink I have represented the chaos of lifestyle branding and the overwhelming effect it has on today’s society.

This piece is mounted on a lightbox to highlight the finer details. The piece is hand drawn and took over 16 hours to complete. The choice to use this process shows the effect of repetition on the human mind. I found that after a couple of hours into the piece I was not thinking about what I was drawing and mindlessly drawing.
